Our Reason for Being

We started the RJM House after years of being part of the recovery community and seeing a need that was missing in the variety of sober living options for our friends and loved ones. We are passionate about recovery and this is more than a business for us, it’s a way of life. We take great care in creating connections with our residents to ensure they are on a path of recovery in a setting that we’d want to live in ourselves.

The RJM House gets it’s name from our founder’s father, Reggie J. Moser, who has been an inspiration and a guide. He planted the seed years ago in setting out on this path and has been a support as our Founder, Andrew, found his way to sobriety. With that sort of family-oriented mindset we set out to create sober living facilities that felt like home.

Our Promise

An individualized approach allows us to support and encourage each man in a way that is most effective for him and his recovery. We aim to do our absolute best to help each man in every way that we can. We believe that by taking the extra time to build a reasonable model of accountability is far more effective than holding you to a cut and dry standard. We believe that this approach allows us to learn, live, grow, recover and, most important of all, HAVE FUN!

Meet Our Leadership Team!

floor CAPTAIN

FELIX

As a Member of the RJM Recovery team and a resident I am fortunate to get the help I need to embrace a new way of life without drugs and alcohol to numb the pain of traumatic events I've experienced and endured before and during my recovery. I am surrounded by men who hold me accountable for my choices today and who genuinely care about my well being and happiness. In my journey with these men I have found a way to have fun and be happy without drugs and Alcohol. I would encourage anyone seeking a long-term solution to reach out to us.

FLOOR Captain

JOEL

I am grateful to have RJM as a family.  I am one year sober, by the grace of God.  RJM has been exactly what I needed in my life.  Going through the recovery process I have reached milestones I never thought I would reach. I am the first floor Captain of RJM House.  I have a very good job today.  I never saw myself being an operational manager for a company that helps people in recovery get back to work.  Being willing and just having God in my life has given me all these great benefits.  RJM house gives me the family atmosphere I was missing in life.  It gives me accountability and the ability to see things in myself that I didn't see before.  I get to watch guys grow from when they enter the house unwilling and scared to becoming successful and confident in their lives.  It is so gratifying.  I owe a lot my brothers and RJM house.

FLOOR Captain

Jeremy

I am a loving, family man who is grateful to have a second chance at life. Today I have the opportunity to be of service to others. To be a part of an amazing leadership team here at RJM. I'm passionate about my recovery and grateful for my second chance at life.

Intake Coordinator

Kyle

I have been with RJM house for nearly 3 years. In that time I have been a house captain and then lead house captain. I have learned so much about myself and grown so much taking on these positions. I have worked through the 12 steps and continue to work them daily. I’ve had an opportunity to be a part of a family and community that’s second to none. I have recently taken the next step and moved out on my own. I continue to be a part of the leadership team. Currently I have the role of Intake Coordinator. I screen the men that are willing to do what’s required but also are willing to go above and beyond to change their lives forever. Rjm house has changed my life forever and I’m hoping it does the same for so many more.

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

DAN

I can tell you that sober living changed my life.  After going to a residential, 12 step treatment facility it was strongly suggested that I move into a structured, sober living environment.  I found RJM house and a place where I could really work on practicing the principles I learned in treatment.  The high level of accountability in the house empowered me to live an honest life and help the men around me succeed in their recovery journey.  Our community has become my family and I strive to help the men of RJM house feel like a part of this family so we can grow in our recovery together.
